Cheerabilities requires zero experience and is open to ALL AGES 5+ AND ALL ABILITIES. This inclusive team is open to anyone with a disability as defined by the ADA. Each athlete is paired with a “buddy” athlete from URA that will practice, mentor, and take the floor with them at competitions. The buddy athletes help lead a fun, safe, and successful season of growth and share their love fo the sport of all star cheerleading. Ages 5-100.

This team will tumble in the summer months (optional) for 50 mins

1 day a week-1.25 hours includes tumbling
